As a keynote speaker, consultant and executive coach, Nicole Miller helps individuals, teams and organizations redefine success in a way that is authentic, empowering, and sustainable.​

Her belief in the simple and subtle power of authentic relationships is foundational in her work as a Leadership Development consultant with Fortune 100 companies, leading technology organizations and specialty retail giants . Nicole has spent more than a decade developing leaders, creating global programs inside the world’s largest companies and helping clients amplify and unleash their potential.

In her current role as Vice-President of Culture, Change & Engagement for Global Technology and Digital & Platform Services at JP Morgan Chase & CO, she leads people transformation initiatives including Manager Excellence, the firmwide program focused on the criticality of the manager in employee engagement and development. The core of her work is guided self-discovery, identifying and developing skills and strengths and leveraging each person’s unique value.

Prior to her focus on executive development, Nicole owned and manage multi-unit wellness centers and an international school of aesthetics. She was voted Young Entrepreneur of the Year, featured as one of Hawaii’s Fastest 50 growing businesses and a two time winner of Best of the Best Awards in multiple categories.

Nicole holds a degree in International Marketing and Psychology from Georgetown University. She lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband, feisty Pomeranian and two children who continue to teach her robust lessons in leadership and life.
